First, I understand this is an institution here. There is a very loyal following. I will not be one of them. I follow a pescatarian diet. That basically left vegetables for me to eat. If you like them over salted, over cooked, and probably out of a can, this is your place. That being said, I have a husband and many, many friends that love this food. It reminds them of what their moms used to make, I think. I do not think it is all the food, but also the atmosphere of the old time diner they are appreciating. And, the service is very good.

Hometown fast food. Never disappoints. Hamburgers and chicken. My favorite is the hot dog chili. Eat in or take out. Food always hot and freshly cooked.Itâs a tradition for many families.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast with a friend. The service was good and I had a hot cup of coffee in a short time. I got the double waffle special. It came quick and was great.
