Very friendly and cozy small town feel to this restaurant in the heart of downtown...youngest daughter even gave it high marks! My other daughter said the homemade peanut butter pie was delicious, and the barbeque pork sandwich with slaw was a hit with me. Definitely would return!

Foods: my breakfast was made by the tall lady with the "Waffle House Rock Star" on her back. She is a very good cook who is talent, quick, and humor. My breakfast was All Star Special that made me rate; 5/5Customer Service: Southern style which is warm and friendly. I saw they took care every one very well. They also work as a very good team: 5/5Interior: Waffle House style which is simple but organized. However, most of Waffle House restaurants I stopped by are not really clean. I don't know why. And this location is not different, so : 3/5Total: 4.3/5. Recommended.

Service was slow. The waitresses all sort of just huddled around the order window instead of refilling drinks . There were five of us in our party. 1: Moons of my hammy: bread was so soggy from runny eggs couldnât even eat it like a sandwich. 2: 2 egg breakfast. Eggs were watery. Forgot to bring the toast until asked for it at the end ( because our waitress wasnât around had to ask another waitress for it ) toast was brought over with her dirty finger prints from another substance on the plate. 3 : Tuscan chicken sandwich and seasoned fries. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were put on the bottom of the sandwich so the bottom bun was soggy and fluid. Ended up eating only the chicken and top bun. Fries were alright but my son ate them ( because his food wasnât brought. More on that in a minute ) 4: jalapeño burger. Was told it tasted alright, fries were cold and limp. 5 : double cheeseburger and fries. Was not brought out with the other four meals. Was told by our waitress she was waiting on the fries. 15 minutes after all our food was given to us he finally got his. I ate a fry immediately and they were COLD and limp and greasy. clearly wasnât waiting on fries. His meal was forgotten. His burger was disgusting and his plate was literally full of grease and water as he ate it, liquid from the burger just dripped out. His fries were left uneaten as well.Terribly slow service, no refills. Forgot a meal. Next time it would go a lot further to own your mistake and apologize or try to make it right then come up with some bogus lie .. never will eat here again.
