Family owned and operated, serving the Palm springs area for over 40 years. We have the same cook and service from day one.
The oatmeal was excellent, nice and creamy but toppings were just raisins and a small container of brown sugar. The pancakes, egg and bacon were just average. IHOP is probably better. We sat outside and it was perfect, not much sun and it was a cool temp. The huevos rancheros were good. They do not offer anything too high end, like fresh OJ or hot choc other than Swiss Miss. This is just somewhere to come for a quick bite. Wait staff not completely on the ball. Never refilled waters or came back after serving final dish. Just threw the bill on the table and said no rush, never to be seen again.

We looked at a few eateries without finding one that impressed with either menu or comfort. With Ruby's, at least we know you'll get both. I chose the Sriracha Burger which includes Sriracha Hot Chili sauce, two slices of melted Pepper Jack cheese, jalapenos, thick-cut bacon, lettuce, tomato, cilantro, and Sriracha mayo. Hot and Spicy! Our server Ronaldo was both cheerful and helpful. The diner is always cle a and the food is consistent my good.

We had the rib special and it was around $12 for a generous rack of ribs with salad/ veggies. The veggies were over done but the entire meals was great after a long day.You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. We returned again before our fight for a fast burger ending with a satisfying experience.

itâs all about a great breakfast. My first time to Ricks but definitely not the last. Huge menu with plenty of options. Start with a large cup of freshly brewed coffee, they keep it full and hot.You might want to try their famous Cinnamon bun. It will keep you busy. There are two Rickâs, be sure to get the right one. Both are owned by the same people, one does breakfast the other serves all meals.
