Very busy diner. First time here. Very good breakfast but very small place so you kind of felt guilty sitting and enjoying some coffee when there was a line waiting. Not only that but the waitress kept coming back to make sure we didn't want anything else but never offered us a refill on our coffee? You got the idea she wanted us gone and we were only there from the time we ordered to downing my last sip of cold coffee maybe 20 min. Very loud too. I would definitely go back but at a quieter time.

Joseph's is a Northville institution that prides itself on fast, friendly service and great food quality. An extensive menu covers all of the diner essentials. You can see all of the hot grill action through the big, street-facing picture window. Efficient, friendly, and very popular at lunchtime. The chicken gyro was tasty, accompanied by a generous portion of crispy fries.

Ate here for the first time today and will never go back. The room looked dingy and unwelcoming. The food was not fresh. Salads looked wilted and we could tell they were not fresh. Pieces of brown lettuce and bad cherry tomatoes were not appealing at all. My fresh turkey dinner certainly did not taste fresh. It tasted like it had been thawed in a microwave. It certainly did not taste roasted. The gravy was not turkey gravy but some form of restaurant supply mixture. Others had fish and chips that was so so. Gelatinous peach pie was the dessert. Maybe we were there on a bad night or maybe it is a great breakfast spot. I seldom have had to write a bad review but I had no choice this time.
