The chicken-fried steak is outstanding but a hamburger is made from cheap ground beef and the french fries are fat steak fries that are not cooked well and are very oily the prices here on the food is good and some of their food is a little better than others but overall this place is just average not as good has the trucker place on 44 not the same they must have lost the recipe for the trucker Burger cuz their meat is cheap and their fries are lousy

Tri-City Diner is a brand new restaurant off Highway 37 in the Newcastle area. Although the diner is somewhat small, the service is friendly and the food is very good! We had burgers, onion rings and french fries. The diner was packed with local patrons. The entire service staff was helpful, friendly and efficient as they fulfilled customer orders. Can't wait to try it out for breakfast soon.

I was on a bus trip with a group of seniors, we stopped in the casino to eat after attending a tour of Braums ice cream farm in Tuttle. The menu at Kitchen 44 offers burgers, sandwiches, melts, soups and salads, sides, breakfast, and platters. The most expensive item was around $11. The taste and portions would satisfy most people. The service was great and waitress friendly.

Really good food, and a lot of it for the $. Cash only, so be prepared. We had an omelet, a breakfast sandwich, and a breakfast combo. All well cooked (these guys understand extra crispy hash browns!) and generous portions. Classic diner fare, a little greasy, as diner food is. Coffee was a little on the weak side but passable. Good service. Even classic diner tunes. Great breakfast.
