We walked out of our first choice and highly rated restaurant because of poor personal hygiene. We tried this place because it was close. The menu is extensive, the food is good and the service is average. They definitely need to update the decor and the entrance. We had to help several elderly people who had trouble getting up the steps because there is no handrail. It's a wonder this place didn't collapse when the building next door was removed.

Fun decor - and very friendly staff. Came here because a colleague recommended it - and maybe I am just spoiled by the breakfasts at The Original Waffle Shop in State College. Although the pancakes were tasty - the bacon was underdone - and swimming in grease and the potatoes were definitely underdone and not 'browned in the least. Maybe we hit them up on an off day - and I'd go back again - but I'd skip the bacon and potatoes for sure. And again, fun decor, clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

What can I say about Bing's.... great food, large portion entrees, great service, clean and good prices. Our first visit but definitely not our last!
