We had the pleasure of having the grand kids for dinner a week ago. The youngest was getting tired so we wanted to eat local and save driving time. We stopped in the Dutch Inn and had a great meal. The Seafood Trio was an excellent choice of fish, crab cake and shrimp. The filet was quite tasty and perfectly cooked. Another meal was the coconut shrimp which was tasty and also reheated well as leftovers. The youngest worked on the chicken tenders and french fries while the last meal of chicken was enjoyed. Great family dinner! As an added plus we got to see two sets of friends and catch up a little.

We stopped here because it always seems busy when we drive by it. It's in the same building as Hardee's and the gas station, but you sit and pay in a separate place. There was a waitress and 3+ other parties there around 12:30pm on a Sunday. We ordered brunch: I had an omelette (with home fries and toast), and my husband had a roast beef sandwich covered in gravy (with fries). The food was good. Nothing really special. The menu is typical diner fare. Service was a bit slow.

usually has one of the best salad bars but very disappointing today. Very hot today so their air condition was not working properly. Waitress inform us that yesterday it was so hot in there that people walk out. That would explain the old salad left over from yesterday. Nothing was fresh , even rolls where staled. You lost our business!!

We ate dinner here. One ordered a cheeseburger and soup, the other person ordered the Thursday special chicken and dumplings. The chicken and dumplings was $9.99 for all you can eat. It came with soup and dessert. It was similar to the Cracker Barrel chichen and dumplings. Mashed potatoes and succotash. Average and edible. the cheeseburger had nice fresh tomato, lettuce and onion but the meat was weird and tasted like a meatloaf type flavor. Not our preference. Pudding for dessert was chocolate and tasted like Jello Pudding. Overall it was cheap and average.
