I visited restaurant based on other reviews here. Although I arrived 7:45 pm (15 minutes before closing), waiters welcomed me and recommended me lentil soup and some type of âmantiâ. Great choice, very tasty and everything was very quickly prepared, so I was able to leave 8:10 pm absolutely satisfied. In my previous visit to Kayseri I have been 10 Km ahead to Develi but return back w/o visiting. This time on our way back from Cappadocia we have stopped by for lunch. We asked to a local shopkeeper where we can eat "manti", which is a famous dish of Kayseri. He told us that they do not have manti in Develi but ther have their famous "Develi Civiklisi". He also recommended us this restaurant. After sitting in the restaurant a friendly waiter take care of us. At first we would like to give it a try and started with 1 portion but even while eating the first we immediately ordered the second ones. It was a nice combination of thin crispy bread and very nice small sliced meat pieces with tomato and pepper. Waiter told us that the name comes from too much animal fat added which is preferred by locals. He also said that he served us w/o adding to much fat. If you are around Kayseri, take your time to visit Develi (ca. 50 Km) in order to eat Develi Civiklisi.

The combination of good food and service is very important to me. From the moment you enter this liver restaurant, you will experience a warm welcome and decent service from the employees as well as the owner. They'll do anything they can in order to satisfy the clients. The menu is not limited to liver (grilled) but it would be my recommendation. Dishes like yoghurt and ingredients of the deserts are being purchased from the farms directly. The owner is experienced in calligraphy and with pleasure he will write children's names on balloons. The owner is very nice by the way and will take time for each of his guest.Absolutely a place to visit when in Kayseri.
Ä°nsanlar köfteye karÅı hep mesafelidir et kalitesinden dolayı. Ancak Ä°negöl köfte için bu geçerli deÄil . Bu kadar lezzetli köfteyi Ä°negöl'de bile yemedim . Tek kelime ile mükemmel.. Ayrıca çok temiz ..Åiddetle tavsiye ederim ..
