My wife likes kebab but hates bread. This was the only place that she loved and ate most of the bread. Meat was extraordinary.
AçıldıÄı günden beri her Antep ziyaretimizin deÄiÅmeyen adresidir. Ayrıca yemeÄin üstüne gelen tatlı harika.. Yemeklerden önce gelen salatalara da doyamayacaksınız. Emeklerinize saÄlık..

Great place- open early and late. We went with a big family for breakfast. Try the lamb soup. It's absolutely wonderful. We also had the lamb brain - I'm not sure what it's called but the spices and texture were delicious. And for desert, go with the light flakey pistachio and clotted cream pastry.....

I walked in to find the restaurant completely full. A testimony to how popular this place is. It was mostly families. The menu was prominently displayed and the prices were reasonable. I was warmly received at the entrance and more than one staff could converse in English which is a rarity in Gaziantep. I ordered Adana Kabab and lamb chops. Regrettably, both turned out to be average and after living in Gaziantep for close to three months, I should know. To summarize, a nice place to go for dinner but certainly NOT deserving to be in the top 20 ranked restaurants.

This is the best traditional restaurant in Gaziantep. Hisvahan is the oldest Khan of Gaziantep built in 1577. Hotel has 10 rooms and a big restaurant very well decorated. Most of their menu is local food. We were there for a big family meeting. The Chef Ali Bedri made a good presentation for us. He described how they prepare and cook seasonal delicacies. Unforgettable experience for us. It' s a very traditional Gaziantep experience. Even if we weren't used to eat meat and rice soup in the morning, this was extremely delicious. If you like spice we recommend the hot spiced one. If not dont forget to tell them. A must try.
