A Mr Fables knock off for those of us raised on MrFables. Besides a large menu of just abiut everything, including outstanding desserts. Onion Rings are the best anywhere. We brought in a group of 8 and the service was correct and reasonably fast.

Fat Boy has been frying burgers for 65 years. This place does breakfast, lunch and dinner in the time honored format of order at the counter and go sit down! The specials are all on the chalkboard menu and include some classic breakfast and burger entrees. The place has all the classic burger joint items....great onion rings, solid fries, hand-made shakes & malts, burgers of all sorts and of course some chicken and fish items as well. I enjoyed a Fat Boy Burger (basically an olive burger deluxe) and it was tasty although I took the tomato off since it was sort of getting in the way of the olive flavor I love. My bride had the fat boy breakfast which is served all day and includes bacon, hash browns, toast, and eggs....she was happy happy happy. The prices are good, the quality is good, it's like going back in time for a meal and liking it. If you're local, look for groups and get a deal!

I saw this place on TripAdvisor and it seemed to check all the boxes for us: I wanted to go somewhere that was kitschy, had simple good food that hit the spot, that didn't cost a small fortune. We went in at lunch time, and sat at the one empty booth. I ordered an olive burger, and my husband had a chocolate peanut butter shake and a bowl of chili. WOW! My burger was absolutely divine. My husband's shake was HUGE and had just the right ratio of chocolate and peanut butter. His chili was THE BEST CHILI HE AND I HAVE EVER TASTED HANDS DOWN. I don't know what the secret was in the chili, but the flavor was smooth and the depth was unparalleled. It might look like a simple bowl of chili but YOU WILL REALIZE YOU MADE THE BEST DECISION. Service was friendly and warm. This place is a real gem.Also, we overheard a customer exclaim "that was the best fish sandwich I have ever eaten." I believe him.
