Ok. They earned a 5 in my book. Iâm rating it on diners.First, the omelette selection is extraordinary. Itâs not a half-a$$ed offering. Imaginative and quite filling.Iâm not an omelette guy, but holy cow, these are delicious with mega variety. Iâm an âAmyâs Omelette Houseâguy now.I had the chili dog omelette. Large Sausages and cheese folded in the omelette and Chili on top. It was a real meal. Home fries were done right, they were mixed with onions and peppers. Man, it was G-O-O-D !!Wife had the pancakes and eggs with sausage and bacon. Bacon was cooked very good, sausage good, eggs and pancakes good. The sausage is impressive, not wimpy littles ones.Interior of diner is a flashback to the past, plenty of tables and counter service as well. Place is very clean, owner does a great job keeping the place clean and maintained. They decorate for the different holidays and have nik nacks around adding a little nostalgia and character. Oh, the staff and manager were topsDefinitely going back with the rest of my family

A very friendly dinner. Fast and great service. The waitress talked me trying a pork roll, a New Jersey thing, it's a very tasty New Jersey thing. Both of our breakfasts were delicious.

A 600 plus seat restaurant which offers an extensive menu, full bar and bakery. Mastoris also has banquet facilities and can provide catering at your location.
My wife and I eaten here several times for breakfast now, and the experience is always the same: excellent food and plenty of it. As soon as you sit down, someone will bring you a dish containing two large, freshly made danishes. The cheese bread is absolutely off the chart, and the cinnamon bread is pretty good as well. Both are complimentary. The pancakes are wonderful, but order the smallest stack possible. No human can eat a full stack at this diner. Fruit platter with yogurt, oatmeal, or bacon and eggs, you can't go wrong. There's not a bad meal to be had. Service is always prompt and professional, and the clientele is always local and friendly. We drive nearly a half hour to reach Mastoris, and it's well worth the trip.

I chose a diner for dinner tonight to get some good homemade food. This was s good choice. The salad was very fresh and crisp. The Prime Rib was very good. The Cajun Shrimp were pretty small and slightly over cooked. The server was very attentive. Also the price was very reasonable.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and there weren't many businesses around. Just as we were about to head for the turnpike, we spotted this little diner. What a great find! They have an extensive menu, great selection of foods, the prices were very reasonable, and the portions were generous. The quality of food was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This is a clean, bright, friendly place to eat.

This is a popular restaurant along the highway. Convenient in and out. Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff are attentive and friendly. When we go back to NJ to visit, we will have several meals here, mostly breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

I have never eaten at this diner so thought we would try it out and so far in the last 3 weeks we have been there 2 times. I ordered the hot roast beef and the gravy was by far the best I've had from a diner. Husband had veal parm which he loved. Prices are great and the service was excellent. What a great place to eat. We will go back often.
