We stopped here for an early lunch on the way to Salt Lake City, there was a line out the door but it was worth the wait, I think it would have been very difficult to find another diner as good as this on our journey that day. The food was plentiful, tasty and set us up for the journey. It was just as good as a diner we went to in Moab last year on our vacation. We just don't have anything quite comparable to this in the UK so I'm glad it lived up to it's name as expected.

Right in the heart of downtown Cedar City you will find home cooking just like your mama used to make. Join us for breakfast or lunch and enjoy one of our amazing omelets or burgers that will leave you coming back time and time again.
We had a delicious breakfast. Jesse was our food server and made our breakfast fun. He reminded us of the original Riggs from the Lethal Weapon TV show. Food and service were quick even though the place was packed. The gravy was definitely âMom slappingâ gravy. Ask Jesse what that means. We will return for breakfast and try lunch, too!
Family owned for 36 years serving home cooking and everything is made from scratch. We also bake delicious pies daily
Iâm re-posting this review because TA says its ownership has changed. Iâd hardly know that, because the food, the menu, the cook, the help all still seems the same (except for the welcome addition of comely Ms Mona behind the counter). Terrific comfort food diner in a down home atmosphere. Biggest and best pancakes in town. Pork chops, chicken fried steak, meatloaf, burgers & so much more. Tastiest eggs! Great prices. Nice folks. I am so glad you enjoyed everything. This has been a family business for over 37 years. My parents opened the restaurant and when they retired My sister Kay Lonnie took over. In November she retired so now itâs me I am focusing on keeping things the same and make improvements and changes where they are needed. Thanks so much Mona
