A homey small cafe at the intersection of Addison, Farmers Branch, and Carrollton that serves up great breakfasts and lunches. Home cooking at its best - don't tell your mama!
Only open breakfast n lunch. Best skillet potatoes I have had in city. Greek omelet and chicken fried steak are awesome. Friendly service.

Cafes have been the social gathering place for many towns since the 1950s. A place where family and friends enjoy delicious, hearty meals and talk about anything on their minds. Here in Dallas, Texas, a place like that began along historic US Highway 80 a
My husband and I ate breakfast here during a weekday. Loved the eclectic and casual decor and really easy vibe. This was a true "home cooking" experience. We liked our breakfasts so much that we decided to take some pie home for desert that evening. Will visit Norma's again!

Rainbow Grinn is in the same location as the original Rainbow Pharmacy. It still has the stools at the counter that are original. Hamburgers are excellent along with the french fries and onion rings. Sweet potato chips did not have much taste. We will definitely eat there again.

After dropping off Omâs car to get looked at, we had a late breakfast at Bicâs coffeehouse! First time there!Om: What a great breakfast place! Has a diner feel with adequate seating. Service was quick, waitress was nice. Thereâs even a few televisions around for a distraction. This is really all about the food, because itâs dang good breakfast food! I had a sausage, egg & cheese bagel sandwich, really enjoyed that â it was on a decent sized bagel. Hash browns were crispy and buttery, Nomâs buttery toast was BUTTERYâ¦but those beer biscuits were out-of-this-world good! Itâs like a sweet roll, only in biscuit form! If I wanted to go into a carb coma I would just order about 10 of these next time, butter them up, and eat each one in quick order. I didnât even need the gravy that came with it! A bunch of good food for a good value. Thereâs nothing I would not recommend, and I would HIGHLY recommend those biscuits. Besides the distance from home, no downsides I can think of and I would love to go back with my wonderful Nom!Nom: Feels like 100 years since Iâd been here. I used to work in the area over a decade ago and would stop on my way in sometimes for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich to go. Itâs great to see that they havenât changed! The atmosphere is still the same, a close to the private airport whole in the wall diner that everyone loves! I had a couple of eggs, some crispy hash browns, toast and coffee and I was so happy to have ordered that! The food was hot and delicious and the waitress was just as I remembered, friendly and attentive with good suggestions! Nice stop with my handsome love!!!

When we go here we usually cannot resist the catfish (broiled or fried), the okra and the black eyed peas. We have never been disappointed... the corn bread and dinner rolls are absolutely homemade and delicious too... Service was really good and prices reasonable.
