We went with locals and we really enjoyed our experience. The building is old and the decor is really pleasant. It is one of the historical buildings that survived the fire. The seating is intimate. They offer an extensive selection of wines.I had a local beer and it was really good. The food offering appears on two pages. There is one option for vegetarians. Our party ordered the Cornish Hen, the stuffed squash and the porchetta. Everything was very good. The dessert was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. I look forward to returning to try other dishes.

What an incredibly fun place to have breakfast. I couldn't finish the crepes - they were so good but so filling. A really fun atmosphere and it's like stepping back in time. Service was quick and helpful. A bonus was that we were staying just around the corner which made it really convenient.

Best place in the middle of Trois-Rivières downtown where you can find the best tartars and cocktails!
While visiting this city, we were in the mood for sushi, but decided to give this place a try. The menu on-line is not the same as the one in the restaurant. We went with folks who remarked that the menu is new. The drinks menu was extensive, definitely a huge selection. While there were salads and some tacos available, we opted to try the demi portion of the charcuterie (cold cuts) - for the entree and then each pair shared the tartare platter. The charcuterie platter comes with assorted vegetables and condiments and cold cuts - chorizo, bacon, duck. Very good and a good to share. Comes with crispy bagels. The tartare platter comes with two small salads, assorted vegetables and you can choose four tartares (deer, bison, tuna, salmon and beef). Each are prepared with different spices - and while it does not look like much, after we ate, we were full. Our favorites were, in order, steak, bison, salmon and tuna. The service was friendly and efficient. Our server took the time to explain each course. The clientele varied and many ate, drank and left in a timely manner (they did not linger). It is not a large place and it can be noisy. My daughter was reluctant at first when we entered, but warmed up quickly as the Virgin Caesar was excellent (it arrived with potato chips!) and she enjoyed each course afterwards. A pleasant surprise overall.Really cool to read that... hope see you again! The new menu gonna be online this week! :PDavid
