We were a party of six and had to split up since the booths only hold four. We had eggs, omelets, pancakes with all the extras. The hash browns were delightfully tender red potatoes. The bacon was crisp but not burned. Everything was delicious and the bottomless cup of coffee was greatly appreciated. Service was quick and attentive.

THIS. IS. A. TERRIFFIC. DINER. We were in Skaneateles for the weekend, and headed home on a Monday morning. We wanted breakfast, but we were done with Skaneateles, so I opened google maps and searched for breakfast. Pavlos's popped up in Auburn and had some nice reviews. We decided to give it a try. It is literally on the other side of the tracks, next to a metal scrap yard. The building is nothing to look at. In fact we thought twice about driving by, and I am so glad we didn't.I had the best omelette I have ever had in my life. This was no greasy flat puddle of scrambled egg folded over. This was a light fluffy airy omelette filled with a perfect balance of of meat cheese and vegetables. The homefries were classic (you can have with or without onion) and not at all greasy. The hubby got fluffy pancakes and really good breakfast sausage. The place was packed - On a Monday at 11! with workmen, moms, a book club, a few families. It is friendlylocal joint where the waitresses call you "hon" and never make you wait to ask for more coffee. All diners should be this good.

Probably a great spot in the summer given itâs location. And old converted diner car with a typical diner menu. Friendly staff reasonable prices. Fun to visit glad I stopped.
