Lucky Bernie's is a little difficult to get to--off route 14 on Catapula Lane in a strip mall with Great Cuts in Woodstock---but worth the trip. You build your own hot or cold sandwich with a choice of delicious Boars Heads meats with a great choice of breads, cheeses, dressings, and other add ons. Portions are generous and the prices are extremely reasonable. You can dine in or take away with a very efficient and friendly staff ready to serve you, and there's also bar service and a video gaming room available. Plenty of free parking too. I can't wait to go back.

I went to Sofie's during their soft opening. I was VERY impressed with their selection of bourbon (my preference), but also their other whiskeys and wines. The owner Tim and his staff were all knowledgable about drinks, and gave suggestions that were definitely worthwhile.I went to Sofie's again the next week with a special guest. The sandwich and the pizza that we had were hot, fresh, delicious, and large. Well worth the price. Our drinks were great again also.Sofie's has quickly become one of my favorite places to go. Have already recommended the place to many, and will continue to do so.
