I've sampled lots of their organic food - veggie lasagne, frittata, soup, salads, smoothies and fantastic raw desserts - all delicious. They also have a wide range of supplements, healthy ingredients, organic salads and drinks to take away. And upstairs there's a holistic therapy centre with lots of different therapies to choose from.

Visited this eatery at 4 pm on a weekday afternoon as I had missed lunch due to travelling, the restaurant is upstairs and its bright and airy. Lots of tables were occupied and some were having the all day breakfast. The waitress handed me a menu and as I couldn't get her attention to take my order . I approached the counter and was told there was no table service. I ordered a chicken and salad sandwich with a pot of tea which was served within minutes, the sandwich was fresh but not that tasty and I noticed that there was neither butter or mayonnaise on the bread. In any event it sated my hunger .
