This is one of my favorite places in Sicily and a must try if you go to Sciacca. Small spot with just a few tables, an amazing selection of wines- mostly Italian, but also some interesting French & German wines. The antipasti are so creative, unique and unforgettable as well!

Nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails. In busy times it can take a while until your drinks arrive, but hey, you're on holiday! Relax!

Perhaps you're in a hurry and you need a takeout meal of wonderful Sicilian food, or you're a budget traveler and can't afford to eat in a restaurant every day. Salumeria del Buon Sapore became my go-to during a long stay in Sciacca. It's a first-rate salumeria with meats and cheeses and also has an extensive selection of fine Sicilian wines. My favorite was the wide range of hot and cold foods like roasted chicken and potatoes, pasta, baked pasta, fish and other dishes you'd typically find in Sicilian homes.
