Entering this agriturismo via a winding path, one arrives at a proper working farm. If one is a bit precious about animal smells, this is probably not the place to go! However, on entering the spotlessly clean dining room, the smells are completely different,: delicious! Every day, the menu changes, and everything is fresh from the farm. The prosciutto is amazing, lovely and dry, served with a type of pizza. The next course is pasta, usually a choice of two, often served side by side, always mouthwatering, and as much as you can eat. Beware, because next up is a meat dish, served with roast potatoes. After this,a lovely ,crunchy salad appears, followed by dessert, which includes an amazing homemade walnut ice cream. The ambience in this restaurant is basic, with glaring lighting, and sometimes a bit chilly.La Solfarola is open for lunch and dinner, always accompanied by homemade wine (wine buffs look away now) ! This restaurant is always busy with locals eating there on a regular basis, and I have eaten there at least a dozen times and never been disappointed in the food

I have eaten "street food" pizza throughout Italy, and Dige's has the best! Any of their pizzas are not to be missed (plan to stay in Todi for a while so you can sample everything), and they also offer delicious chicken salad and "insalata di farro." Closed Wednesday; avoid disappointment by coming to eat at Dige's any other day of the week!

Experience and passion in the eno-gastronomic field to provide the customer the best possible combination of food and wine, as well as advise on how to orientate in the purchase of local wines and local products but not only, even with great expertise on
We have eaten at this recently opened Osteria/ enotecca for supper, lunch and occasional breakfast eight times in March and April. One evening meal was very good indeed as were two breakfasts. The coffee is good, but cappuccinos were not. But three other evening meals were very disappointing. Dry main courses and warmed up pasta, i.e. not freshly cooked were the main problems. The service was variable, sometimes ok, sometimes indifferent and even disdainful. Cappuccinos at most recent breakfast were served with longlife milk and stale cornetti. A great shame because when it is good it is very good. We will not go back until we hear they have got their act together.NeedDear Highbury19,thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad that you have come to our osteria 8 times.. the problem is that we do not remember You! Are You sure you have reviewed the right place? We have this strong doubt also because your statements are not correct: we never serve warmed pasta and our cornetti with homemade jam are always fresh as well as the milk. We are very sorry because maybe you have confused our osteria with some other place, However, we invite you to come and visit us as soon as possible. Our best regards.
