Thereâs a ton of sandwich outlets out there these days, with some being better than others. But how good can a sandwich really be? Well, truthfully; when deciding between whatâs offered here versus the rest, Firehouse is a no brainer. The bread seems fresher; and the ingredients as well. 2. Subway

This Subway is different from a lot I've been. Its much cleaner. The servers are friendly and fix your sandwich the way you ask. There can always be exceptions to this as new employees have to get the hang of sandwich crafting but the regulars are good at it. The owner is a really nice guy and always speaks to his customers with a smile.

I guess I should get it. Just as subway systems are mostly underground the Marianna Subway is a poor example of what a well run chain should be. The store was close so I took a shot. Unkempt in appearance, slow, non welcoming service and an overall mediocre experience. Subways in general seem to have gone downhill against competitors who serve better quality food. Too bad. Good theory.
