I was mocked by the worker when I corrected her when she was making my sandwich wrong. She had the guts to share with her other coworker about what had happen and they both laughed and shared rude comments about me. I will never go back due to this experience.

We were visiting family in Hanford and elected to go to the old downtown for lunch on a Monday to avoid the crowds that usually fill that area on the weekends. We selected this place as it seemed quirky and we were in the mood for some basic comfort food. Regrettably, we were all on a diet, but the staff cheerfully split our order. We had the BBQ (which includes grilled onion and green peppers), salads, and onion rings. All were outstanding! The salads were crisp, the BBQ semi-sweet with a spicy twist, and the beer-battered O-rings also crispy. The place itself is decked out in rock & roll items and posters, and it also boasts an active FM station in the morning - KFUN! A definite 'return to this place' for lunch, and maybe even breakfast to see the DJ at work. Just a block of the downtown park/hall. It is not large, so I can imagine this place gets crowded in the early evenings. It does have some limited outside seating for the glorious weather periods.
The sandwiches are tasty, but the employees really need to wash their hands before they put on gloves!!! Putting gloves on with dirty hands defeats the purpose of wearing gloves, HELLO! you touch the gloves with your nasty hands, transfer the germa, then touch my sandwich! GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!
