My favorite Subway's sandwich is the breakfast BMT, yellow egg, 6" flat bread with provolone cheese and onions. Yummmy You can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches. They are made fresh right in front of you with many choices of toppings. And yes, they have cookies, too.

Stopped here for lunch and the food was amazing. This deli is located in the quaint town of Export, PA and is a true gem. The service is excellent and the prices are great. They are extremely generous with the amount of meat in the sandwiches and the rolls are so fresh they melt in your mouth. The ladies behind the counter are friendly and make you feel like family. If you are in the area I definitely suggest you stop by !!!

I love Panera`s soups & fresh breads....they warm your tummy & the soul. Not only do you get a good meal, but your purchase allows you to do good. Mixed in with that crunchy outer & soft center baguette is an organization that takes its proceeds from its profits to benefit the community. When I leave Panarea I feel good not only because my hunger has been satisfied but because in some small way my purchase counts towards feeding another. My thirst has been quenched with one of the best iced green teas in the restaurant industry and the turkey on asiago bread is my all time favorite but nothing compares to knowing that you`ve made a difference just by purchasing lunch.
