This place is just great. Good value lunch with amazing flavours. We didn't have a menu, just received loads of vegetarian anti-pasti and good local wine. The owner and waiter are very friendly guys and give the best of service...top notch value. Highly recommended if you're in this part of the world.

We went on the recommendation of our hotel on a wet Wednesday evening in September. The map on TripAdvisor was wrong, and once we found it you have to ring the doorbell as the door is locked. The restaurant is in a series of small beautifully restored rooms, and there is no menu, so a good understanding of restaurant Italian is vital, especially if you have any dietary requirements. The food is mainly fish but you can ask for meat, and is made up of local dishes.The house wine was delicious, and we had 4 small but excellent courses - we couldn't make dessert! Including 2 quarter litres of wine and coffee the bill was only 60 euros!! We speculated on 100+ before the bill arrived.Thoroughly recommended if you're in Corato.

Pranzo a menù fisso di poco sotto i 30 euro: antipasto misto un po' "casuale" (una fettina di salmone, salame, una pizza di patate, tra le altre cose), due assaggi di primo banali (e con condimento un po' scarso), grigliata mista abbondante con una bistecca di cavallo (tipica di zona) abbastanza buona; sporcamusi, gradevoli, e amaretti come dolce. Locale anonimo e freddo, anche come temperature. Servizio cortese.

Torno spesso in questo locale, sia per prendere i suoi gustosi panini con carne alla brace, che per acquistare carne cotta o per farmi preparare tagli di carne particolari. Frequentato anche da mio figlio con i suoi amici, ha conquistato anche i miei amici romani e quelli delle città limitrofe, che dopo aver assaggiato i panini preparati in questa braceria quando tornano a trovarmi vengono qui per assaggiare altri tagli di carne. Buoni gli involtini di fegatini e polmone, le bombette, le striscioline di cavallo, il rasciale, il diaframma le bistecche ecc. Lo consiglio vivamente. à fornito di pochi tavoli al coperto, alcuni tavoli all'esterno. Vi è la possibilità di acquistare carne da cucinare a casa, di scegliere e farsi cucinare carne da portare via, di mangiare carne a menù fisso o solo panini con carne e verdure.
