A stunning vintage pub with an incredible beer cellar list, an upstairs Belgian bar & a diverse menu with some twists. The service is fantastic, the ambience great & the beer selections beyond anything we have ever seen. My craft beer loving husband has already been back multiple times & I suspect this will be our most frequented place in Atlanta.

Subway sandwiches are pretty well known by the public so I'll not try to be too wordy in this review. They are "okay' subs but can't quite compete with the taste of, say, Fireman's or American Deli, but they are slightly cheaper than their competitors too. Subway is too light on their dressings -- thinly sliced tomatoes, tiny slices of cheese, etc.. The only thing they give you in abundance is lettuce! I've learned to buy the foot-longs and ask for it to be cut twice (into three pieces) so one piece can be saved if it's too much to eat.

My husband and I dined at the General Muir on Saturday, June 22nd. We received excellent customer service from our server, Kevin, and the staff working with him. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We liked the attractive décor, the music, and we really enjoyed the delicious food: pastrami on really fresh rye bread, a cucumber side salad, a tasty, lean corned beef sandwich, a little gem salad (although there was nothing little about the size of this salad), and the seasonal cake, a sponge cake with raspberry and peach filling. All in all, this was a most enjoyable and relaxing dining experiences. Highly recommend The General Muir.

Pastries a Go Go has been around for awhile and has a loyal following. I typically go there for carry-outs, although many people eat at the restaurant. My favorites are their sandwich specials. This includes a generous sandwich of your choosing, chips or another choice and a large cookie. And, of course, a pickle. Easy parking.
