I stopped in because they offer gluten free options for my brother in law. I was surprised at the number of choices. I got the Thanksgiving sandwich on ciabatta - it was excellent! My brother in law chose the ham and cheese cuban. He's never had one before. He is an adventurous gluten free eater. He said that it was one of the top 5 sandwiches he's ever eaten! Not open on Sundays.

Great to dine in or take out. Probably 50 sandwiches to choose from. Most are pressed with a panini machine. Fresh ingredients. I had the Gossip Girl which was grilled chicken, mozzarella, roasted peppers and balsamic vinegar. Juicy and flavorful. My son liked jay ray. Fresh bread too. You can design your own salad too. All the staff were nice and willing to cater to your needs. Definitely will go back.On the street parking with 15 minutes free. Great if picking up to go.

Excellent food for breakfast. lunch and dinner. Their classic Zap on a hard roll is a truly unique and awesome sandwich/meal.
Italian themed solid lunch items that are usually pretty fresh. Its best to stay with the specials. The hot food best choice is grilled chicken, but other chicken dishes are pretty tasteless as are the stews. Vegetables are always present, particularly spinach, broccoli raab, and steamed veggies. Special cold salads are often good, the quinoa for example. Service, is abrupt and sometimes slow. Soup is good particularly pea, beef barley, and chicken chili. One barely gets a chance to read the menu before being challenged for a selection, but then you may wait a while for the order to be filled.
