We stopped here to pick up something for our picnic lunch at Waterfront Park. Construction all along this road makes it tricky to get to any of the businesses, but that didnât seem to be bothering Firehouse Subs as it was packed when we were there. Service was fast and efficient and the subs were very good. Firehouse Subs is one of my favorite âfast foodâ places as the food is fresh and appealing.

I ate numerous times at the Ladies Island location and found the girls that work there in the morning to be a hoot. I had a lot of fun with me and they make the best sandwiches.

This subway station is very convenient. It is located inside the same building as an exxon gas station, although both businesses are separated within the building. It's very quiet in the establishment, and as soon as you walk up to the counter someone comes in to greet you and take your order. I like the way the sandwich artists pay close attention to what I'm saying and get my sandwich right. I'm almost predictable and come here a lot so they will get to know my order by heart soon. The service is good and so is the food.
