Have eaten here many times and the food is great, ask for a Stjerneskud which is two pieces of deep fried fish fillet top and loads of prawns on top served on bread, sounds basic but its big and very tasty. I like visiting the grill in the summer where you can sit outside and view the harbour , great place for a Saturday lunch. Prices are fairly cheap by danish standards, a meal will cost around 6 pounds depending on what you get, they also do burgers, sausage mixes all grills and salads etc
Ejvinds Bageri was founded in !956 by Lissi and Ejvinds Jorgensen in Hvide Sande. The business continues under the management of "newer" family members. The proof of their success has seen to the further opening of four more locations. Check out these locations on their website. This success has obviously been fuelled by them offering their customers good selections of treats, both savoury and sweet, and all very tastefully prepared. We were enjoying a look around the old historic centre of Ringkoping, and happened upon their Nygade location. We cannot pass up what appears to offer us another chance at sampling some of Denmark's sweet treats and so we went in! It was a good thing for us to do! This location offers you a very good selection of the aforementioned and the opportunity for a great cup of coffee. They all do for that matter. They do pay special attention to their coffees. Also, there is a very good offering of bread related "treats".There is a sandwich bar available here as well, if one wishes to complete a full meal. This particular location has ample seating outside and very ample seating inside. A good summery would be, great food (pastries, etc.), service was great and the prices very reasonable, and to boot, locations are all in "hyggelige" surroundings. We did see them later on in our travels.I say that we happened upon this place, well, in reality, it is the bakery that people would recommend you going to! We do as well!

We were staying for a coffee break and enjoyed the place. All was fine but also nothing exceptional.

From arrival you are seated by lovely people, and the atmosphere are great with chicken running around the garden tables. The brunch itself is fantastic, with a great variety.Only minus was 2 young new helpers that was not trained yet to attend peoples needs. So getting there attention could be a bit difficult. But all in all a nice place for brunch.

Was here a couple of years ago and pleased to note that the quality of goods, food and service is still as good. The deli holds an amazing array of specialist beers, wines and spirits. Plenty of choice in little known cheeses and confections too - a veritable Aladdin's cave!As the weather was absolutely awful, I plumbed for a curry soup with shrimps and bread to warm me up. My wife chose 'fiskefrikadeller' (gorgeous fish cakes) with rye bead - both meals were nicely presented. A modest lunch was enough to satisfy us this day, washed down with a fine coffee. Only downside was the menu prices - a little steep but may be normal in Denmark.

We wanted to eat in this restaurant. As we were standing at the entrance to be waited to be seated. A lady waitress ignored us. So we approach her and asked her for a table for 2 person. She straight away just answered us NO DOGS!! with a very unfriendly voice and angry face. Then we asked if we can seat outside as there are guest with dogs were already sitting outside. Instead of looking if there is a free table or any guest about to leave from the outside seating area she just said full and ignored us by standing aside and did nothing. Since its such an unfriendly greeting we decided not to spend our money in this restaurant. Its a girl with black long hair and quite short. Will not recommend this restaurant to spend your money and being treated so badly.
