We visited Bistro Gulož tonight and recived both great service and fantastic food and drinks. Both me and my fiancé took their pasta, I took the pappardelle and he took the pasta with shrimps. Both dishes were excellent. I could maybe wish for some ruccola or fresh herbs with my pasta, but besides that it was great. My fiancé was beyond satisfied. We also had the homemade focaccia which was very moist and filled with goodies. Some great olive oil with that and our starter was complete. I asked our fantastic waiter, who managed all the tables in the restaurant (maybe 20-30 seats) with honors, about some white wine. I prefer dry, crispy and fresh wine and he recommended a wonderful wine after asking some questions regarding taste/flavour.We were very full after the pasta (which we definitely recommend!!) even though it is served in smaller portions then most of the restaurants served, but was intrigued when we heard about the desserts (they are not fixed on the menu).I decided to try the blackberry pannacotta with blackberries and my fiancé the cheesecake. My pannacotta was very tasty, but the cheesecake was to die for. It was a deconstructed cheesecake, perfectly executed, with a crunchy cookie and a balanced lemon curd. Only that was worth a visit. I am so happy that we tried this restaurant! Five star no doubt. P.s.Donât forget to bring cash, only cash payment.

Mediterranean and Croatian traditional homemade food prepared and served by family SKALA TEAM. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, fish or meat dishes.
We have chosen this restaurant for it's reviews and the fact that it was reasonable priced when compared to other restaurants nearby. It is animal friendly so big plus from me. Little walk further from center takes you to this restaurant with great view and very friendly staff. We ordered meat, gnocchi and ravioli..while meat was great (maybe a bit too salty for me) ravioli were nice but too hard to eat entire portion and not much taste of truffles which is main reason I ordered them. A solid 4 for this restaurant and one of the reasons is because dessert was too expensive, almost 7⬠for 2 pancakes..they were nice and tasty with ice cream and chocolate dressing but stil it is only pancakes..We payed 75⬠for 4 main dishes, 2 desserts and 3 glasses of wine, not too cheap but ok.I would definately recommend this resraurant and would return again.

Don't know where to start. From excellent service provide by young and extremely professional owner so you feel like you are in 2 star Michelin restaurant to most tasteful meat that I evee tried. Everything is so nice here and finally our kid is begging us to come again because all around restaurant is playground. Highly recommended for everybody and especially for families with children.

Weâve been to Plavi val numerous times in the last few years, although we need to drive 30 kilometres from where we usually spend our vacation. Itâs worth it, because Plavi val has amazing food (fish and meat) and staff with boss Drazen at the helm are always friendly and hospitable. This time we visited four times during our two week holiday. We also took our family there when they visited and they said this dinner was one of the highlights. We tried various dishes from the menu and never had anything that wasnât delicious. Food is simple, but is prepared with care using fresh, quality ingredients and consistent. I canât wait to visit again in august. Highly recommended if you are in Tribunj/Murter area.

My partner and I visited this restaurant as the reviews that we read lead us to believe it was wonderful. Let's just say if you do go I am sure you will like the food but if you don't go you won't be missing much. The food is good but you pay for it and we watched the waitresses pick and choose who they offered a complimentary welcome drink to...which we felt was rude to the tables that weren't offered one.Our food was nice but I wouldn't rave about it. The service was good but not great and when a couple enquired about their bill they were treated disrespectfully. You're not missing anything if you don't visit in our opinion. Dear guest,I need to tell that your review is not correct and unfortunately it is based on the fact that didn't happened.. Let's start from the beginning we Always give a glass of prosecco and finger food to our guests it's the first rule of our restaurant and the second thing you write about was the bill, it was your table not some other's because I remember you, we are very sorry that in Croatia we have 25% of taxes on our bill but that's the way it is, it's not our fault... Thank youAl Pacchero

Traditional Dalmatian cuisine modernly interpreted and served in an enjoyable surroundings accompanied with the best cocktails in town.
Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Location overlooking the harbour with big glass windows all round. Atmosphere very relaxed and informal but stylish. Staff couldnât be more helpful. Would certainly recommend.

*Berekin- an old Dalmatian word for a person who makes people laugh, an urchin, a scamp, a rascal, an imp, a rogue, a mischievous person :)
Fantastic experience, absolutely everything is at the highest level of service: food and drink, staff behaviour and cleanliness. We ate a fish platter that is phenomenal, fresh and masterfully prepared. I give a definite recommendation for this place, it is worth the drive from the other end of the island to this place.
