We ate here on our last night in the area after seeing that they served lamb off the spit. Unfortunately all the restaurant was serving was an all you can eat buffet for c.£14 each. The food was okay but cold and uncovered. It seemed a little unhygienic to serve food in this way. It was just okay and we regretted not going back to Petra in Rastoke where we spent a similar amount for a much nicer meal.Dear Sirs,Sorry you were not satisfied. Buffet is a novelty for us also as we work the first time in this way so we would like to thank you for your advice. We even corrected the price.Thank you !
We stopped here while driving from Zagreb to Plitvice. They have beautiful location, clean rest rooms, amazing staff and great spread to choose from. You can also stay over for the night if you wish. Didnât stay put so donât know abt the stay part but surely a place to stop by and enjoy a good meal. Thought he staff doesnât converse much in English but they have good understanding of the language.

Our tour group came by for lunch before proceeding to the Plitvices Lake National Park and it was around 12.15pm when we arrived. The restaurant was already packed full of other tourist groups, from Korea and Japan. As it's a big and spacious restaurant, we were instantly ushered to our designated tables promptly by the staff. But it was very warm, without aircon or fan and when we tried opening the windows when there was some cool air flowing in, there were also flies that come inside too.Our lunch consisted of a soup of the day, the main dish of suckling pig and a dessert (cake).Of course, the main attention was the suckling pig. Trust me, the roasted suckling pig was very big but nicely cut into pieces that would be easier for us to eat. It was very fragrant and filled with potatoes and salad by the side.Well, would say that the suckling pig was quite nice and not that oily as many expected, despite a little salty. For Asians, if there are rice, it would be perfect to go along with it. As for the tomato soup and cream cake, they were passable. Service was a little slow and many tables were not cleared up even after the diners had long gone off. After lunch, we took a short walk around the surrounding of the restaurant where many colourful roses were planted. Very nice.It was a satisfying meal.
Pub that offers, among other things, over 50 types of domestic and foreign beer :O Of which we specially point out 4 types of draft beer(Kozel/Pauaner: 2x lager, wheat beer, dark beer), cocktails, natural juice, tasty coffee... Decorated in wooden/rock in
Charming small pub. Was very busy when we visited as the football was on so we sat outside. Great beer range... so nice to try find Croatia has more to offer than KarlovaÄko! The bartender spoke good English and helped us pick some lovely local craft beers.

We were staying in small village nearby with no shops, bakery or restaurant. We stumbled into this bistro by chance, only to be very surprised in the end. We took breakfast and the coffee is ABSOLUTELY amazing (one of the best coffee I ever had). Personell is very kind, and the bistro is very authentic. It is absolutely no tourist place but frequently visited by local people. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and at very reasonable prices. We went there for a second time at our departure and would go there any time again (especially for the coffee).
