Restaurant has been in business for 26 years. It is a family business. We are located only 5 km from highrow A1 Zagreb-Split, exit 10 OtoÄac(direction National park Plitvice Lakes)only 1.5km from centre. Quiet and natural surrounding with family atmospher
We had a booking for 3 nights but only wanted to stay for 2. Not pre-paid and unconfirmed. They refused to give our passports back unless we paid the additional night. They are too far from the Gacka river and Plitvice lakes. Not recommended for fly-fishing in the area, as its a drive with fishing rods etc. There are many better options with friendlier service.
Nice quite place with excellent cuisine. Grilled calamari were the best we tried in Croatia so far ). The restaurant is situated in a small town Otocac which is on the way to Plitvitsky Lakes. Tasty food and helpful friendly staff

We visited Bumerang last night upon a recommendation from a local business owner. The prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent quality. We loved the home made bread and delicious sauces that came with their meals. The grilled trout was delicious, and came with home made gnocchi. The portion sizes were just right. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. We only stayed one night in the area, otherwise we would have returned for another meal! Hvala!

The title says it all. We ordered veal medallions with mushroom sauce and fries, and trout in corn flour with baked potatoes. Also took their homemade bread. Veal was dry and very hard to cut. Mushroom sauce was disastrous. Both potatoes were correct, and trout was really good and fresh. Bread was nothing special. Together with half liter of wine and some mineral water, total damage was under 30 euros. Location itself is something special and worth visiting. Restaurant would not recommend. Staff was nice and i have no objections there.

this is the ultimate "off the beaten track" family run, homemade and wholesome restaurant. no menus, just whatever totally fresh and tasty meat/veg/soup/cheese/cake is on that day. huge rustic terrace and ample seating inside. they also do rooms (haven't stayed yet but will do in a few weeks). this is rustic agricultural tourism at its very best. we make the ten mile detour from the motorway especially to eat here.the family is astonishingly friendly and welcoming. but the food is what sets this apart. I have never tasted better grilled veg or homemade doughnuts. simply excellent.

We eating there a diner one Wednesday evening and we find one table on the terrace! Very nice place, we eating the plate-for 2 personnes girl meat! The meat was little bet over cooked! But for the price can be ok!
