This is a Pseudo Bio or alternative restaurant. Service was very amateurish and not efficient at all! Menu has lots of vegetarian options and the usual regional options but the quality of the food was very basic. Eatable but that's it! When we where there, a nice local jazz band was playing. We unfortunately had to leave early as there was hardly any air left to breath in the restaurants - no air - vents or air con!

We stayed at the Adara Hotel and were very impreesed. Breakfast is included with eggs as ordered, and a fine European breakfast choice. Service from the morning staff was good. We also had dinner here two evenings during our stay. The food was so well prepared that I could not help dining a second night after comparing other local menus. The chef has a special talent for combining ingredients. The flavors blended perfectly in each dish. I had the gazpacho, bass/ravioli and second night steak!!! All were fantastic. The steak melted in your mouth and the flavors were expertly melted. We also had the cheese plate, vegetarian artichoke/polenta dish, scallop appetizer, shrimp entree.....we have no complaints!! As a compliment, our waiter both nights was fantastic!!!! Wunderbar!!! He was organized, we'll versed in the menu, and attentive. Again, I can not say enough about the hardworking staff at this restaurant/hotel.

While on a daytrip to Bodensee we needed a place for lunch. This place was close, looked ok and promising. And it delivered the promise, fish was fresh, local and tasty, service good and friendly. I would recommend to stop by here if you get hungry while bathing in Bodensee.

We popped in here for a late lunch, on a Friday. The restaurant is on the main street of the historic center. The place was full of locals, so we decided to try it. The menu is abridged in between typical lunch and dinner hours. Perhaps prices were cheaper than those on the regular menu, because lots of locals were there to eat. I enjoyed my local "red" sausage order while my friend's braised pork was not memorable. Service was attentive with menus in English. Prices were on the lower side. There was no wifi here.
