North America's biggest and most popular ski resort, Vail is an alpine village in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Long a favorite of serious skiers and jet setting celebrities, Vail now also draws a younger, hipper snowboarding crowd. Skiing is king at Vail Mountain and the Blue Sky Basin, but the area's vast splendor is perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling or scenery-gazing at any time of the year.

Reopening June 20th for Summer dining! Game Creek Restaurant is located at 10,300 feet, at the top of Vail Mountain. Enjoy a gondola ride and cozy snow cat ride or shuttle in the summer to an elegant European chalet, where the ambiance is charming and th
This time it was riding in the cab of the snowcat AND the bravery of the chef in making a dessert that delivered incredible chocolate flavour and texture - BUT that was not sweet. It's just so easy to chuck lots of sweet/salt/fat into everything to cater to the tourist palate and so nice when someone has the fortitude to try and make special food instead.I do wish they'd put Elk on the menu through the season as this was my second visit where it wasn't available. Also, an amazing lobster bisque we had last time had been kind of downgraded, now delivering a hint of lobster and a whole lot of butternut - way less special (and I guess someone had put the bite on chef to up profit yield).I think Game Creek delivers some of the best value in Vail and I wish they'd put the Prix Fixe price up 10% rather than cut corners. Maybe I need to try the Chef Special menu next time as he/she is to be trusted when the accountants don't prevail!

We are open everyday at 3:00pm. Dinner reservations can be made through Opentable and bowling reservations can be made by calling our reservation line 7 days a week beginning at 10:00am. We take reservations one month in advance and do fill up quickly!
A group of ten had a great dinner here recently. My lobster sandwich was delicious and chock full of lobster meat (not salad!). The scallops and zucchini noodles someone else had was excellent, as was the Caesar salad appetizer. The ambiance is a little stark, but our servers were helpful and very friendly.Mike, thank you so much for your review! We are so glad that you enjoyed our Lobster BLT & our signature Scallops & Zoodles - definitely crowd favorites. We would love to invite you back in to bowl and dine! Email me next time you're in town so we can make your next visit even more special. Thanks again! -Karlynn, Restaurant Manager [email protected]

Weâve set a new standard for âon-mountain dining.â Just steps from the base of Riva Bahn Express Lift at Golden Peak, weâre an easy stop off the slopes at the beginning, middle or end of your ski day. Our lunch and après-ski menu offers a wide range of sa
Not sure which facility others dined at, but this was (mostly) an epic disaster. Three other diners were overheard talking about their â... horrible mealâ or ânext time letâs go anywhere else.â1. 15 minutes before anyone showed up. We had to ask the manager. 2. Food (entree) was delivered too soon (middle of salad), and was cold and flavorless. Like a bad wedding dish.3. No care or concern for our food - no one asked - or service. 4. Our regular server Steve was very nice. Chatty. But as a server, 100% incompetent. 5. Finally, they disappeared with my credit card for 5 minutes. Thatâs illegal in 2018.

Hip, energetic and upscale, yet delightfully unpretentious. The cuisine is inspired by the high alpine cultures of the Alps, Pyrenees and our own Colorado Mountains. Executive Chef Tyson Peterson utilizes the best of all fresh, local and organic ingredien
I booked a Sunday Brunch reservation for 8 girlfriends 2 weeks in advanced and received a confirmation text 3 days in advance. On the morning of the brunch the restaurant canceled 2 hours before our reservation. When I called to inquire the manager said they havenât served brunch all month and never even apologized. Very disappointing!! Krself,We're terribly sorry you had this experience with your brunch reservation. We do discontinue our brunch service in the winter months as most people are out on the mountain. However, that certainly should have been better communicated with you and your friends. Please feel free to call me directly at 970.477.8053 to discuss this further. I'd love for you to come experience Leonora. Best regards,Danielle PollockDirector of Food & Beverage
