Peruvian fusion, sea food.
Delicious and very helpful chef who made recommendations for us from the menu. i was very impressed. Found this place by accident as it is a bit hidden within a small shopping mall. Walking distance from the Radisson Hotel is very convenient.

Cevicheria Peruana. A new food experience, friendly and dedicated atention. Come and join Sach'a, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia
I went for a dinner with two friends who recommended the restaurant for excellent seafood. II new I will be ordering vegetarian and was already worried that I might be looking at my friend's plates with envy. Quite the opposite, there was a good selection of meat free meals with excellent variety and quality of vegeterian ingredients... I ended up ordering a sandwich and salads and both were fresh, tasty with a n exceloent twist of a South American spice. One of my best vegeterian restaurant experiences!

REPÃBLICA proposes a mix of cultures immersed in globalization we live every day, a place for people who like to go out to drink and eat well, with a combination of excellent service and atmosphere / music, always with the right price. Menu incredibly pre
My team of medical professionals(20-30 people) have been to Santa Cruz for the past 5 years. We first were recommended to this place by the local Rotary club and shared it among the group. No matter how big or small our group is, we are always welcomed without reservations and they do their best to accommodate us. Their hours are so appreciated. We may work long hours at the hospital and are exhausted. Not many places locally, located to our hotel, are open or can accept a large party. Having a late dinner here is appreciated.Beers are cold, pizza is hot and delicious, empanadas (if you are not in a hurry) are very good, their main dishes have been very good and consistent every time. We may go 3-4 times the week we are in town! I know my group can be very over whelming to the staff because of the size, but we have noticed the improvements management has taken to expedite service. Thank you. See you again next January! Thank you very much for writing, we shared your comment with the whole team, we are happy to know that our effort is appreciated by our customers and we love being able to provide you a great experience, your comment summarizes many of the details we work on everyday. We hope you visit us again soon. Thanks again!

Lo Nuestro is a restaurant that serves traditional Bolivian food but with a modern twist. So youâll find all the local favorites like corn and such but not the grease of heavily fried food. Letâs call it authentic inspired food. They offer it in the form of two different 5-course tasting menus, one heavy on meat, one almost vegetarian (but for one fish dish). There are also two 3-course menus with a selection of the same dishes. The size of the portions is of course adapted to the amount of dishes. The food is interesting and tasty. The restaurant is owned and run by very young people. I estimated that no one I saw working there was over 35. One of the owners (who spoke excellent english by the way) told us the philosophy of the restaurant. Also the restaurant doubles as an art gallery with works of local artists that do not (yet) have the connections to the big galleries down town. All in all worth a visit.
