A small tavern where you feel at home ... At 16 comes from the great passion of chef Stefano Portugal and his wife Valentina. A perfect place to enjoy excellent food and wine of great refinemen
Went with other 3 friends. Good wine list and interesting menu. There is something for people who prefer meat, or fish. I decided to have risotto and branzino. Simply fantastic. Leave space for the dessert for the tiramisu. Only 10 minutes from Malpensa airport, 30 minutes out od Milan. Worth the mini trip. Parking is also easy. Will go back.

Restaurant: Nice and decorated with styleArea: Depressing, no one would suspect to find such a diamond in that neighborhoodService: Elegant, professional, discrete and caringI went there for an evening with my wife, I asked for and got a surprise. A dinner at the highest levels you can get in Italy (in such an unpromising neighborhood). This restaurant should and will be a hallmark of cuisine in the whole region. We chose the gourmet menu with accompanying wine to every dish. This started an amazing experience. We just followed surprise after surprise amazing and inventive dishes which can only be the work of experience, genius and research.I researched the restaurant after the dinner and discovered somehow connections to top cuisine dynasties in Italy.I am very thankful to the restaurant for the amazing experience. The price is aligned to the high level cuisine. I saw that they also have some special offers for lunch.I will go again in the Autumn and will try again for the gourmet menu with my wife.Thank you Ms Casta and Mr. Bacchi for the amazing experience.

Visited with two friend for an informal lunch. There was a limited menus which is quite normal for such a style of restaurant situated near the centre of this business like town. People want to eat simple well prepared food, then get back to work. It had that kind of feel about it.We tried two of the three delicious pastas on offer with salads. I had a small delicate main course of cooked Toma cheese wrapped in Parma ham. We had two of the puddings, one of which was a little disappointing. It was a chocolate torte, but was. But drier than I would have expected.Overall though it was a Very good experience and served by an efficient but gentle waitress. I would like to try dinner and stay I little longer in the very agreeable location. A stones throw from one of the main squares of the town.

This restaurant, owned and managed by two talented brothers, is one of the emerging places to pay attention at.The place is small but familiar with a touch of minimal design and a focus on details.Every day a pre-set menu/experience but they are also flexible if you want something different (I always chose the menu anyway).A real plus: when I booked I told them I am allergic to gluten and, well, they basically adapted the entire menu of the night to this! (and the other guests basically did not notice it!). They even cooked special (and damn good!) bread for me!But apart from this not secondary aspect, what is important is the quality of the food: every single dish is a triumph of flavours, incredibly balanced, always surprising. And an incredible attention is paid to ingredients: seasonal, local and mixed together in a modern way. Then a note on wines: let them guide you through their proposal of pairing and you (or at least I) will discover a world of natural and particular wines.I am really convinced this guys will be recognised for what they are - star chefs - soon. This restaurant is really a good reason for moving from Milan or Malpensa there!Prices are more than fair if you consider all the above (and to be honest I am always happier here than in some more famous TV/media star milanese restaurant...)
