We visited on early August on a Sunday evening. We had heard so much about this place and were excited to go. We got a warm welcome and asked excitedly for the cocktail list. We could have sampled everyone!! The ambience was fabulous and the area was cool with air con, even in the courtyard. Drinks beautifully presented and delicious. It was for cocktails a little pricey we thought but we did really enjoy them. We popped up to see the cinema room too. Best toilets I have been in Majorca. We dined twice at 1907 during our week-long stay in Pollença on account of our sonâs liking of their Tuna poke salad & rice bowl. Both times all the dishes we tried were well cooked and imaginatively presented. However, we found the waiting staff, mainly the female ones, to be unsmiling and rather brusque, despite us not being particularly demanding. This left a rather sour taste in the mouth especially as the prices were very high, no doubt due to the prime location in the main square, rather than the quality of the ingredients and their preparation. If it had been my choice, we would not have gone there for the second time.

Good selections of liqueurs. The waiter was very helpful and we enjoyed our drink here. We did not eat as we had booked somewhere else however, the food offered seemed typical for the region.

We only went for a drink as we were dining later in the evening but ,WOW, the views are well worth a visit on their own. You sit outside on the terrace and just drink in the absolutely glorious views of the rolling hills and the various fairways of the golf course. As I said we didn't eat but the menu looked good and what food we did see being delivered seemed ok.Well worth a visit!
