The cooking standard here is high , fine dining with beautiful presentation and lovely flavour combinations . Itâs such a surprise from an un-assuming but pleasant restaurant in a backstreet in Fasano . Eat outside on a warm summers evening to Maine it even better . In between courses friendly staff bring additional touches like a basil ice cream set in smoking dry ice before dessert . Ingredients are Italian and local but combined with modern twists like a savoury popcorn . Home made gnocchi with a pork crumb Ragu was delicious , salt cod with mushrooms and stracciaterra local buffalo cheese was perfectly cooked . Fabulous value for money including a good locally biased wine list

Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Great selection of Italian Tapas as a starter. Food is amazing, high level of quality. Comprehensive list of wines, beer and cocktails. Friendly and attentive staff. Great interior and a great terrace. Two aperitifs, two starters, two mains, a bottle of wine and water and coffee was 65 Euros.

A great spot! Excellent home cooking, extensive wine and beer list and really friendly service. The restaurant is in a beautiful square on the edge of the old town. We had two starters, two main courses two bottles of water, one bottle of fantastic wine and two espressos for 75 Euros (after discount deduction 60 Euros). If you book on TripAdvisor you often get the 20% discount on food and drinks, a good deal.

We arrived there by chance, and were greeted with 2 small children in a very family and friendly atmosphere. Everything was delicious, tuna tartare, vegetable donuts and shrimp, steamed ombrina with seasonal vegetables .... Very fine dishes served with delicious wines from the Apulia, a great treat in a casual atmosphere with a very professional staff and attentive. Thank you very much for this very nice day!! Visited this restaurant last week. The food was amazing. We picked our meat, it was weighed then cooked for us. The butcher explained what all the meats were and what the bombette's were stuffed with. We had local ham & cheeses to start with ( which were lovely, but really not needed). The meat came and we had ordered potatoes and some veg with it. Everything was delicious, No room for desert!
