Booked for a Birthday party of 10 and had a great long table inside. We were treated very well by the staff with the tapas arriving perfectly and always good drinks service. All had a great time with delicious food and friendly staff.

Such a lovely surprise to walk into The Green. What used to be your average type boozer is now a trendy chic cafe.. Seats outside on the green, plenty of seating inside. The decor is bright fresh & rustic. A well stocked hot & cold breakfast/lunch menu.. We popped in on the off chance during a busy Friday, sunny lunchtime. Luckily we managed to get a seat inside. It was very busy.. That was a bit of a clue as we had walked through Caerleon village to see other eateries not so! We went for hot panninis served with side salad & chunky chips. Coffees, iced cold water.. All in for under a tenner (for two).. The food was fresh,tasty, presented well... Worth the 30mins wait.. The cake selection looked yummy. Regret not having a second coffee!! The staff were very good also.. What more can I say... A joy to have sampled the delights of 'The Green Caerleon'.. If your in Caerleon head for The Green...

rang at last moment to book a table, the staff and the meal was excellent. we had starters of 1 mushroom medley, 1 soup and 1 pate followed by 3 fish and chips 3 coffees and sofa and cordial drinks worked out at £18.00 each. the Meals were well cooked and presented. Will defineatly be back soon.
