I booked dinner in the courtyard at Olive Jones for my 50th birthday celebration with my family and friends. We all had a fabulous night. The setting was magical, the food outstanding and the service as always, warm and friendly. Thank you Mark and Brooke for making my birthday so special.

Friends & I regularly meet at Canteena, after our tri-weekly walks. Coffee, tea & cakes go down extremely well! Staff are always most welcoming & caring of patrons. All these qualities, & the ambience, make Canteena one of our best local spots.I can also recommend the lunches - worth frequent returns! The restaurant opens on Friday & Saturday evenings, & I've thoroughly enjoyed my few dinners Thank you Ian for reviewing Canteena. Patronised this pub at 1230 on a Friday. About 15 people in the public bar. It took me 15-20 mins to get served. Just hopeless. They seemed more interested in serving in the Bistro then the bar. Never again.
