I had a pleasant dinner with several friends here recently. My friends and I ordered the portobello mushroom with scallops dinner and some steaks. The meals were tasty and the service was excellent.

Lightfoot Restaurant is the creation of sisters and co-owners Executive Chef Ingrid Gustavson and General Manager Carrie Gustavson Whitmer. Their vision and good taste have made Lightfoot one of Leesburgâs most beloved restaurants with locals and visitors
Across from the courthouse is a former 1880s bank that has been converted into a fine dining restaurant. Much of the former bank is there. There are three fireplaces. Not active but gorgeous. The room is a high vaulted ceiling with tables on the ground floor and what appeared to be a piano raised in the center of the restaurant. Ask the local manager for a walk around and description of what still remains of the former bank. The food quantity is very sufficient and the table servers are top notch. There are many quality dishes.

Handmade Contemporary American Italian Cuisine. Fresh chicken, seafood, pasta, pizza, steaks, veal and desserts. Full service catering, private dining. Extensive wine list and gluten free menu. Open for lunch and dinner.
I read a lot of mixed reviews but my experience was excellent. We had a terrific young waiter who was professional, polite and attentive. Our meals were delicious. I had the Veal Parmigiana (could have used slightly more sauce but was still wonderful). My friend had the chicken Parmigiana and he thought it was perfect. Both dishes came with spaghetti cooked al-dente with red sauce. We both had Caesar salads and enjoyed the dressing. A manager came around and checked on our dinners and make sure everything was ok (a nice touch).Prices are moderate. Decor is modern. There is a large Parking structure 2 blocks away and also street parking.
