We paid a visit to Leonaâs after it was recommended to us. We were told we wouldnât be disappointed and We were not. We had scrambled egg and poached egg. To say it was âdivineâ is an understatement. Every crumb was scrumptious. We had the âworksâ. After breakfast we had a scone and tea and then coffee. The scone was divine and as for the butter..... even nicer. Mary is just amazing as she does things to perfection eg scalding the teapot which allows the tea to be hot for longer. Mary explained how she got the eggs so beautiful... again the old fashioned methods. On top of everything Mary was very sociable and entertaining. You must go to Leonaâs in Kinsale.

Finns' Table is a cosy, atmospheric Restaurant in the heart of Kinsale , County Cork, serving delicious dishes created from locally sourced ingredients.
Excellent as always. From the starter of Lobster Mac & Cheese to the amazing steak ,it couldnât have been any better. Every time we go I have to have the steak, the menu advises that it comes from the âfamily farmâ & there must be a lot of work involved as itâs one of the best in the country. The desert was gorgeous too & a great wine list. All in all hard to beat & guaranteed amazing food.

We had the oysters - incredibly fresh and tasty. We then shared the charcuterie, which was very good. The wait staff were excellent. Prices are a bit high but overall it was a great dinner.
