Another visit to this awesome hotel. The decor, linen and cutlery are pristine. The food is always delicious. Great service. Thanks again. Just a piece of advice, phone before you go, just in case they are catering for a wedding. This avoids disappointment.

Recently visited Lilly Anneâs Coffee Bar for afternoon tea using a groupon voucher. Young staff were friendly. Not much atmosphere as we were the only ones in. Choice of tea or coffee, afternoon tea was fine.. very basic but no complaints. Glad it was via a groupon and not full price. Wouldnât necessarily return as weâre not local, but can imagine it being a handy little coffee shop if passing.

Fantastic service at The Grand Hotel Hartlepool. Is it the most modern up to date boutique hotel ? No BUT itâs spacious, nostalgic & is currently being ran by a dedicated & professional team. Highly recommended Wedding Venue they literally cannot do enough for you, & like all Grand old ladies she scrubs up well. Great Place.
