I was once a fan of Parker's steakhouse, but have determined that the steaks at Emerge are far superior. The Rib Eye I had was very tender and cooked to perfection. Included in the steak price is a sauce and a side. At Parker's this is an extra cost. Steak lovers should visit this estaglishment

After nearly three years since our first visit we returned to find that they were still as popular as ever.This is an ideal venue for a large group with the long table in the centre of the restaurant.The menu has the usual offerings with a few for the fussy eaters. The breakfast chia pudding was a fresh tasty option which will be a favourite for the summer.The coffee was excellent and the service friendly, we definitely wonât wait another three years to return!

Sitting so far back from the road and with no signage, they were hard to find. The first thing you notice is the music itâs retro and itâs loud!The building is an industrial style shed that had a cold feel and a cold breeze that blows through the open door. A family found it difficult to access and the staff had to open the roller shutter door which was then left open!!The booth style seating means that 2 people take up a large table, the table itself is difficult to access having a disability.The food was lovely, the poached eggs perfectly cooked, the hot cakes light and fluffy and the addition of fresh fruit, chocolate mousse and homemade honeycomb made this a great choice.We didnât like the âopenâ salt on the table - have previous patron washed their hands??Then even more disturbing was the take away coffee cups that are stored in thegents toilet!!This is a busy restaurant that is appealing to many at the moment - however there are a few negatives that need to be looked at.

Upon at arriving at the Resteraunt gee what a great location hidden in Geelong in Newtown next to the Barwon River friendly staff and a reasoble selection of food choices but once the bill arrived 15% surcharge and 1.4% credit card charge what a joke was discussted in this charge would not go back Thank you for taking the time to review us and for coming in. The surcharges were mentioned on our menus, website and a lot of extra signs around the restaurant. The credit card surcharge is only for transactions under $30.00. Let me know if you were charged this for a transaction above $30.00 & I'll get it refunded straight away. Unfortunately, with penalty rates the way they are, we either have to surcharge or close.
