I am always left astounded with what it be an ordinary meal at some other Resto. blending molecular, market, macrobiotic and author's cuisine has paid the toll...The dishes are healthy yet palatable .... I am never bored nor ill after leaving the dining room....They keep making up the menú....Well done, girlies! keep up this top notch work!!

I ate jaiba dumplings/rolls in mango ceviche, Squid Salad & Orange -Cape gooseberry juice....My only complaint is with the olives in my salad: they had seeds inside...A bit dangerous!The drink without sugar was rich in vitamin C, the jaiba flesh inside the rolls was not overcooked and mild enough to enjoy!I value quality over quantity

Magnato es un restaurante que tiene un estilo natural y sostenible. Tiene su propia huerta, y eso no le quita que a la vez es un lugar muy elegante. La comida es deliciosa, platos tradicionales como hamburguesas, ensaladas, entre otros, que terminan siendo algo totalmente diferente por sus ingredientes, la mezcla de sabores y sus emplatados. En Magnato todo tiene un sentido, las mesas con decoración natural, los paneles solares, las bebidas especiales, los platos de artesanos santandereanos... en realidad es un lugar que alegra el alma y el paladar.
