NYDE staat voor genieten in alle eenvoud van lekker eten, een goed glas wijn in een zen interieur.
We really enjoyed our evening. Everything was top notch. We loved the appetizers (oxtail stood out), the main dishes (partridge was outstanding) and the desserts (cheese platter and dragon sherbet stood out). Wines were excellent, service cheerful and professional and prices reasonable (310 euros for 5 persons). We will surely come back

Lekkere asperges met scampi's gegeten, voor mij wat teveel peper. Leuke sfeer , combinatie van café met eetzaal, vlotte bediening en zeker niet te duur.

Vous Lé Vous is next to a restaurant where every day with love for the product is cooked also a charm hotel with 5 rooms. Vous Lé Vous combines rural tranquility with culinary pleasure and let you escape the hustle and bustle of every day.A delicious dinn
We had a 3-course dinner for 40eur per person. The amuses, starter and main dish had special attention to the vegetables accompanying the fish and meat. We even had a pre-dessert and a main dessert. We ended with coffee and tea and several lovely sweets. The service was extremely friendly and polite with good knowledge about the dishes. The room is very nice to sit and the tables are far enough apart to have your privacy. As a note I must say that I was a bit surprised that we had to pay 80eur for the drinks (2 cava, 0.5l water, 1 glass of wine, 1 coffee and 1 tea with sweets) : That was quite expensive.

You are welcome in our brasserie. To just have a drink or a cup of coffee or try our cold beer Motte. For those with an appetite we have a brasserie menu, with dishes like a stew made with Bink Beer or Haspengouwse Chicken with apples in honey sauce and b
We had a meal here while staying in the hotel, it was served in the Grand Café which was a cosy place. The kitchen is open till 9pm so don't go too late.Choice of food was fine and the service very efficient. Food was brought at good intervals so we never felt rushed.Th food itself was good, tasty and reasonably priced but nothing out of the ordinary, a safe bet. Staff were more than happy to fulfill special requests I.e. sauces on the side instead of on the food, boiled instead of chipped potatoes etc.The house wine was very drinkable and at eur15.00 a bottle, very reasonably priced.

I thought long wether to give it an average score or a very good one.First of all let me say that the chef ( in his open and spotlessly clean kitchen ) has all the potential to become a very good chef. The emphasis on homegrown and local produce is something to applaud, although I guess the served cod was the odd one out, being really not that sustainable. The amuse was a lovely spelt ravioli, first a Rillette, then the cod, main was guineafowl and dessert was again made with local produce like the well known treacle ( Loonse stroop ). Lovely homebaked speltbread too.Afterwards chef stopped at the table to ask us about the served food, I could tell he is very passionate about his business. My suggestion that my cod dish combined with the apples could use a bit more acidity was taken into consideration.BTW, the portions are very royal, although delicately presented. Now for the lesser points : although the welcome was very warm and informal in the beginning the waiting staff became during the evening a bit sloppy. In their defense the restaurant is only open for three months but waiting staff and kitchen need to be more finetuned to each other. We chose the adjusted wines for each course but the waiter forgot our dessertwine ( or choice of gin ) to bring with the dessert. In his youthful enthusiasm he kept talking to another table ( lots of guests ) and did not see us.He was very apolegetic afterwards and brought the drinks anyway but still : for a restaurant in this price category it can improve. Or when guests leave for the night, clearing that table is less urgent than serving customers that are still present.I certainly will return on another occasion because the kitchen has all the potential to evolve and the emphasis on local produce is something to applaud.
