Nice cafe on a small square so nice to sit outside away from traffic. Very friendly staff which is a nice change to some places. Good coffee and fantastic cakes. Panini were excellent - all home made to order with decent ingredients. Highly recommended.

Ok,this place was taken over a few years ago and basically was run into the ground.However over the last couple of months itâs been âtitivatedâ,however it still remains below average in my eyes,so go elsewhere.Try The Market Bar (between Limited to Art and The Town House) itâs an absolutely stunning bar,literally a privilege to be in.

Four of us had lunch today in the bar/garden room. The staff are friendly but not particularly attentive to the needs of diners once the food is on the table. I feel they need more training in scanning the room/diners for their possible requirements such as water or more drinks. Several times staff walked through to clear a table or something else but they never looked around to see if they were required for service. We waited so long that two of us eventually went to find a waitress or waiter. There is a very nice balanced menu and we found it easy to cater for GF. One of our guests said that the chicken with salad was a bit dry. My aubergine vegetarian dish was delicious and the hake was very good. I think that it is attention to detail that makes service good, so I had to mark them down on that. Perhaps there arenât enough staff or the current ones need to be be that much more aware of diners needs. I will try it again though.
