This place got all kind of tasty food from sandwiches and fresh juices to delicious acai bowls. The acai comes with different toppings. You can pick granola, tapioca, chocolate/ caramel cream, condense milk, banana, mango, kiwi etc. It's your choice to have all, some or nothing ;)Thank you for rating, Britta.

Located in the "downtown", in front of the little port, is one of the 3 or 4 restaurants in the city. Like the others this is also expensive like Sao Paulo restaurant. So this is the reason of the evaluation. Like others also here the mania of dishes that are for 2 persons. Means someone else should share with you the dishes if he like. So be prepared to spend 100 reais for appetizer and main dish. Of course you will find also sushi but we dont tried. If find absurd going in Brazil, in this city to eat sushi!!! The local dishes are very good. Thanks for the visit!

The restaurant "A Canoa", which means "The canoe", is located in the port, on the edge of the "Preguiças" river, downtown of the city.The restaurant has a rustic atmosphere that combines a lot with the city of "Barreirinhas".The waiters are attentive and polite.The food is excellent.I highlight here the shrimp in the pineapple. It's delicious!We ordered the shrimp on the pineapple for two. In the first half came a creamy shrimp and in the second half a creamy rice (kind of risotto), both covered with gratin cheese. The dish was well presented and very, very tasty!In the evening the restaurant uses the structure of the jetty, putting outdoor tables.Right next door there is a local handicraft gallery that completes the visit.

in atins there are few restaurants so we ended up eating here.There is only one menu (80 R$) with -one starter (consists in 3 mini/ micro finger food)- Two main course. We tried both and they were good . The problem was the size. Ridiculous. Thats not fair to give to people. Is more a starter and despite its good It was really really really small.- two dessert. We tried one and it was ok, nothing special and the portion was still smallWhen you go to pininga you understand that it's not the tipical Brazilian restaurant but we would never expect to had the worst value for money of our holiday in brazilPaying 320$R + the must to pay 10% and eating not a dinner but an on starter is annoying and really irritate us. No one even ask if the dinner was ok or not, or if we had some feedbacks.So we pay and we say bye bye forever to this restaurantOur price is really honest, you had dinner in a really special and remote place, with 3 different good tasting experiences, with free water, and free live music, for 80 reals, the 10% is the service like every place in Brazil. Sorry if we didn't pleased your expectations.team Pininga.
