Restaurante y Centro de Eventos un lugar para degustar platos con mucha calidad, aroma y buen gusto.
My wife and I (and family) started going here 20 years ago. It was a great spot - terrific service, delicious food, and reasonable prices. We just went back today, and found the restaurant has changed names...and changed just about everything else, too. We were severely disappointed.Service was abysmal - in fact nearly non-existent. My father in-law had to leave the table and chase down waiters constantly, even for napkins and utensils. Appetizer, drinks, and food delivery to the table was haphazard and unpredictable. The waiter never actually returned to the table after taking our drink orders (although he was roaming around the restaurant). The food was terrible - soup was cold, the meat was tougher than shoe leather, and the rice was so under-cooked it was not edible. At least the prices were still 'reasonable'. However, considering all else, like the quality of the food and service, the prices were really way too high. It's not often I don't leave a tip (this is the second time), but they got absolutely nothing from me.The place was clean and surroundings/decor interesting. We'll not be returning, ever.

My friend took my this restaurant on our day tour to Zipquira. He says he goes there often on his way to Cogua. The food was good, especially my fresh made lemonade. The service staff was very friendly. They have everything from large steaks(parilla) to vegetarian meals. If I remember correctly it was between $12-$18USD for the two of us and he ordered a large steak.

Hello.Good service in the parking area, however, low quality food for the price they charge. Portions are minimal and do not have the taste that is expected to have. It used to be typical restaurant in the area, but since is located near the tourist area the quality went down. I was there a few times a while ago bit this weekend my family decided to visit the area and we were very disappointed.

We had lunch there after visiting the Cathedral. It was a suggestion of the taxi driver. The food was good, but nothing special. The only things really good were the entrance (champignon with cheese) and the cold beer. The other plates were just ok (the ceviche comes with a sweet sauce, really weird!)

Most people traveling in Zipaquira will be there for a tour of the salt mine/cathedral. Once you're done, stop for lunch at the Komilona Restaurant for fantastic slow food. Upon the advice of my travel guide, Henry, we enjoyed a pitcher of malted Coke and beer, a platter of fried plantains with melted cheese and various hot sauces, and then the main course: two filets of trout in a sizzling skillet of butter sauce. (Yes, each serving was two filets.) Sooo good. Sooo filling!

Comer se hace mas y mas una experiencia, y no solo una actividad necesaria. Comemos en restaurantes donde el escenario esta optimizado para mejorar la experiencia de comer. El food-design no solo trata de la comida cara y elaborada o la comida barata y pr
We were there for lunch. It's very traditional, in both food and decor. The staff was very nice, attentive, and on point. The food was a bit slow so don't plan on rushing. Portions are big so you won't go hungry. We had the pepper steak, ajiaco, veggie skewer and the plain burger. Everything was good... not the best, but above average. Bathrooms were not as clean as they should've been. Good choice if you're around.

Interesting decor and seems like a popular place. We had a couple of the traditional mixed meat plates. The pork and capybara was tasty but the beef was very tough and overcooked. Portions are large. Service is fine but you better not forget to tip them and they only take cash. We would not eat here again.
We are a fish restaurant where you will find dishes such as: paella, rice with shrimps, rice with seafood, spaguetti with seafood, shrimp ceviche, Peruvian ceviche, salmon, troupe, among others. we are located 100 meters from the entrance to the salt cath
Huge portions, good beer and great fish specialties. It seemed a bit pricey at first, but the food we got for that money was totally worth it.
