My colleague and i with a group of friends and agents dined here on our last night in Guangzhou. This place was recommend to me by practically everyone i knew in china. I visited this place in march 2014 and i will say i for one will definitely be visiting again. The place is quite big with round tables situated for larger parties in the middle and long tables across the edges of this restaurant. The staff here are very friendly and the atmosphere is quite and pleasant. When ordering from the menu you can easily get confused, as they have a very extensive range, lets just say something for everyone. We ordered a whole load of different types of dim sums and various drinks. We were not disappointed as it was all gone within 20 minutes of the meal arriving, and all of us were satisfied and full lol. But still went on to order more and deserts after. Will recommend to everyone and all who visit Guangzhou check out the pictures

My friends and I had a great time at this restaurant while visiting Xi'an. It is one of 7 Hai Di Lao restaurants in Xi'an. There are a total of 71 restaurants in this chain in 15 Chinese cities. We had attentive service, even provided with "bibs" to protect our clothing when ordering the hot pot. It would be helpful to be able to order in Chinese if going to this restaurant as several types of tofu, mushrooms, etc are available. The food was fresh and delicious. Best of all, the restrooms were unbelievable for an authentic Chinese restaurant outside a hotel setting. Separate stalls, toilet tissue available and an attendant on duty provided soap. Upon leaving, I was given a parting gift to remember my experience. No wonder this place is gigantic and has a large following.
