I have recently returned to the Imperial Dynasty for another birthday meal. The food is still great, and tasty as ever. The staff are friendly and the service was first class. We understand there is now a full vegetarian Menu available, this we must try soon. My only complaint is the lack of background music.

The first thing that I noticed about this restaurant was the amount of space there was between the tables. The layout in my opinion was extremely spacious. The Sunday buffet menu is very good value and the food was delicious with plenty of choice on the menu. The staff are extremely polite. Certainly recommend this restaurant.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes, food turned up stone cold and inedible. Driver told me 'if it's cold moan to them' - rang the restaurant and was met with a disgusting attitude from staff, who raised his voice to me. You've lost several regular customers!

Decent Chinese restaurants are thin on the ground in our part of Kent, and we always find Chinese take aways disappointing. This restaurant had been recommended and we are pleased we went. The Sunday set menu allows you to choose starters, followed by Peking duck with pancake, spring onions etc and then a choice of mains with rice or noodles. There were four of us so we each chose, which gave a variety. You are asked if you would like more starters or main courses (once you've finished) so we couldn't resist more crispy chilli beef which was delicious. We all had ample to eat and were able to choose exactly what we fancied. Best of all my 98 year old mother, who is very difficult to please, continued to mention how much she had enjoyed it for several days!
