This restaurant is another reason to visit the City of 10,000 Buddhas. The food is very good and reasonably priced. I especially recommend the eggplant with basil, the egg rolls, and the fried rice. Lunch comes with hot tea. It's a lovely place and a real bargain.

Called in for pick-up. Ordered moo shu pork. Too much cabbage, not enough pork. Supposed to come with 5 pancakes, came with 4. Waited 20 minutes and the restaurant was all but empty. Not what I would expect from a California Chinese restaurant.

The food was actually okay. Lots of options, but especially chicken. The big problem is the atmosphere and cleanliness. Old, torn booths and carpet. Restrooms were close to awful. Good value for quantity and selection. We like Chinese buffets, but will probably not go back.
Finally found good Chinese food in Ukiah that is tasty and not expensive. Lunch for less than $6.00 each for luncheon specials such as almond chicken or for chow mein off the regular menu. You know the restaurant's offerings are good when the local banker makes the recommendation and when you arrive you find the city police sergeant with two detectives having lunch. The servings are medium size without MGS and the flavor lasts to the last bite. Will return for another meal.
